Lightweight, easy to use, Infra red body temperature reading thermometer
This product has two settings so make sure you use the correct setting. When we received the thermometer we set it to "body" setting and tested it against an oral thermometer and found it to be accurate. The other setting gave us an accurate reading of the room temperature, though that was not what we bought the item for. It takes two AAA batteries which are not supplied.
I am happy to recommend this item, particularly at this time when accurate non contact temperature readings are so important due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Being able to get someone's temperature in a couple of seconds might not prove if they have the virus or not but at least it reduces the chance of them having it if their temperature is normal.

Huawei Y6 2019, a solid performer
I was looking for a phone for my granddaughter that would do all the things that she wanted, had a decent enough memory, would take a reasonable SD card for backup and storage, and would be fast enough that she would not complain about speed. It also had to have enough battery life for her to watch YouTube when out and about (therefore an iPhone was out of the question), have reasonably clear screen, which put a lot of other phones off the list, and had to be a reasonable price. This phone seemed to fall right in the middle of all the requirements so I got it for her.
It has since proved to have been a solid purchase fulfilling all the requirements to a satisfactory level. I have been fairly impressed with everything including the general performance and can't get over what she has got for the price. As a result I have been looking into Huawei phones and in general am impressed with them so it is a shame that Trump has been picking on them and accusing the company of spying on us, (as if the USA wasn't doing it all the time!) so they can no longer use Android and Google, otherwise I would be a solid convert.

Germolene, pack of 6
After a bit of a botched abdominal op I need anticeptic creams to keep infections at bay. germolene does that just fine, and the price here is very competitive. I think I shall be purchasing again.
