I can’t understand how it got damaged when wrapped double bubble wrapped and cardboard. I will be taking it forward with evri as like yourself they let us both down and I’m upset this has happened. This parcel must have been handled very badly for the damage like that to occur. I’m pleased we were able to come to a settlement, however the whole thing has been an awful experience.
