UPDATED REVIEW/Ruger AR-556 install
The seller shipped very fast and it got here a day early. The product is well made and arrived in excellent shape.
If you’re having trouble installing on a Ruger AR-556 - it is a perfect fit. I gave up until I saw a review here on Ebay, so try this:
Unscrew your Delta ring and remove your stock guard. On the NCStar handguard, at the Delta ring side, there is a channel on the left and right side. Slide this channel onto the barrel nut teeth under the Delta ring. and pull back towards the butt stock. Then, drop the top into place.
I was trying to slide the handguard under the Delta ring, but over the barrel nut and I think this is where a lot of people are getting hung up. It fits perfectly and slides on with no effort and looks great too.

Great look, great weapons and controls, but just too much.
I wish that developers would realize that there is such a thing as too much. The thing I liked about the first Resistance was that you could fight a strategic, well earned battle. It was difficult enough to make it highly rewarding once you made it past a particular area. Not so with this one. It is mostly just mass chaos. You enter a fight and there are bullets everywhere, lights whizzing on the screen so much you can't tell where they're coming from or whose it is. Eventually, you'll just have to run out with the trigger down, shooting in circles, hoping you run into health before you die. It's the exact reason why I cannot stand Call of Duty. I guess they figure the more noises and crap on the screen, the better the game is.
If you haven't played the first Resistance, get that. Otherwise, get a good game, like any of the Uncharted titles. Skip this one.
