Pirates of Silicon Valley

A must-see.

This movie should be required viewing whether you ask "What's a computer?" or know how to code. Both Noah Wyle and Anthony Michael Hall nailed it. Uncanny performances. Much more engaging and interesting a watch than The Social Network. The soundtrack was a little on the loud side, but the acting and story here are fantastic. Highly recommended.

Initial performance impressive

I haven't owned this long enough to see how it will hold up over time but initially I'm impressed with both the PT-12b's features and performance. Nice pleasing soft light. Not super bright, but adequate and wont overpower subject's eyes. Youtube reviews are helpful and enlightening. This version is by Tolifo, but what essentialy appears to be the same light, the Phantom Pt-12b, sells under different brand names.

A true hidden gem of a film

I had seen this movie on cable TV back in the 80's. If you happened to grow up in the 70's, or anytime in between, this movie should resonate with you. Genuine and heartfelt, Kenny & Company was Don Coscarelli's second feature before Phantasm put him on the map, in a completely different genre. Memorable, funny, honest and endearing, many of the moments in this movie will stay with you for a long, long time to come.
