These do wear out.
I pick about a 1/2 hour a day, which is not much but these picks do wear out quicker than plastic picks. These are way more comfortable than plastic picks by far. As to the size you'll have to guess what will fit. Just find the best price you can.

Wood somewhat soft
During refinish process the wood seemed to be very drillable/sandable. I was able to get a extremely snug fit even though there was some holes and channels I had to drill. I was worried because of the soft mahogany thinking the strings would bend this baby in half. Not the case, it was as rigid as could be. Bottom line I am very pleased with the results and I am not a luthier. I think the banjo sounds great because the finish is not professional and a thin coating of tung oil on it. Would do it again....

Great phone
This phone has everything a person needs. After receiving this phone I am convinced that technology has passed me up. I purchased this to pair with my computer phone in my new car. It works flawlessly. Had no problem activating this with a live person on Sprint. Couldn't do it on Sprint's website. Hope it is not obsoleted before I learn all of its features.
