An oldie but goodie.

Can run all current OS's from Apple or Microsoft.
Be very wary of non refurbished units, and refurbished units.
Many sellers reinstall the OS and call it refurbished.
These are at an age where they need to be stripped and cleaned properly, they are usually full of dust built up over the years and are ready to cook themselves.

Big and modern with some compromises.
Good. Space for all your goodies with a bit of thought to arrangement.
Non-plumbed cold water tap
Adjustable temperatures.
Not so good. Lack of multiple shelf height adjustment.
No useable cheese etc. compartments.
No natural/obvious storage arrangement for eggs.
