  Due to the carrier DX and not the seller, delivery was extremely poor. Late and, when it finally arrived, the packaging was ripped apart and the item damaged. The seller was quick to react and despatched a replacement which arrived the following day. Perfect service from a 5* seller. In addition, the item is precision and good quality. I would recommend them to all.

  From start to finish this company has been great. I had an initial enquiry which was answered very quickly. The ply lining kit arrived very promptly and I think for the quality it was a very reasonable price. Delivery is £20 but when you feel the weight and the attention to detail the company go to to pack it and the fact tgey use a decent courier service you understand why. I highly recommend this company and I look forward to using them in the future

  I would strongly advise against purchasing any plywood or similar products from this seller. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. The product I received did not match the photos shown in the listing. When I raised this issue, the seller refused to acknowledge the discrepancy and instead implied that the mistake was mine. To make matters worse, they edited the original listing after my complaint to make it seem as though the item I received matched the description all along.

  As advised, the photos of the product where for illustration purposes only. We offered and gave a full refund and paid for your return of the item as you where not happy with it due to a slight difference - despite eBay closing the case in our favour therefore the return cost being for you to pay. Sorry you had a bad experience with us, we always try to do our best to give our customers the best buying experience possible but its apparent we can not please everybody.
