  The item is actually great and in perfect condition as described, however, I cannot give a 5 star rating as I would've liked because the customer service was not good at all. My item was NOT shipped on time and I had to contact eBay customer service in order to get the seller to make a move. At no point in this process did the seller provide an explanation or an apology-i even waited DAYS after the item arrived but no customer service was provided at all.
