Go for a spin!
Meets my needs. easy to set up and fits my 26" mountain bike tires. I had to give it a good tightening to contact my tire properly. Once i did, the resistance was good and i could feel the change when i adjust my bike's gears and the resistance knob for the handlebar. Yes, it is noisy, my tires aren't smooth but still a great solution to get cardio done with equipment already in the house.

Intense cardio workout
This is not a Zumba dance workout. Zumba created Strong classes - intense cardio/interval training set to the music. There is a modifier for lower intensity. A really great workout that pushes your limits and similar to live Strong classes at gyms. Dvd has a one-hour class and a 20-min sampler. Really happy to have this at home.

New life in my old watch
The original strap snapped right off and this replacement was perfect! Use a really small screwdriver to help get the pieces off, else, it's a very easy replacement. Totally worth it.
