  I bought my item for a good price. However, when it arrived, I had been sent the wrong figure. I spoke to a guy called Tom who’s communication was great. He couldn’t apologise enough and stated there were 3 different models and the dispatch team had sent me the cheaper version by mistake. To resolve this, he issued me a full refund and said to keep the wrong item sent.

  Firstly, the item Zi got doesn't match at all the one ithe pictures from the listing. Secondly you can see in which very bad conditions has been delivered, from China, and is a bootleg, different than described from the seller as licensed Mafex production. All lies, will never buy anything, and I kindly ask to check about this seller. I asked eBay fo refund and Zi have to wait the answer of the seller. Hope to not ask to step in eBay as well, seller just answered once to me.

  The item got delivered today and you left me 8 messages within an hour of delivery in which I responded within an hour. My communication has been great. You started threatening me so I just apologised about the damage to the box which is out of my control when it's going through the courier service. I apologised about this and offered you a refund immediately. I did not only answer once. eBay did not need to step in because I accepted the return. Please be more respectful and patient.
