Connection issues
The headset is great and it works great most of the time but every now and again it will produce a loud hissing sound in your ear for a long period of time also the headset does disconnect its self and re connect randomly numerous times throughout the day but apart from those issues of the headset being very temperamental then the sound quality can not be beat
