  Very disappointed that this set I bought as a Valentine's day gift arrived on such an awful state I was unable to give it as a present! It was wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic bag, giving no protection to the lego box, which subsequently during transit got very badly damaged! Seller was really offhand when I contacted them about it, stating it wasn't like that when they sent it and was the handling of it on the way to me, offered me to return it (which would put me out if pocket)...

  You were offered a full refund straight away, as the outside box was damaged in transit. Which I think is reasonable. As in life sometimes things get damaged by delivery company’s and there is nothing more the seller can do than offer a refund. But instead you decided to start demands in the personal messages, this is just the unfortunate thing when you sell to accounts with little to no feedback. Have a nice day Karen.
