Simple, reliable and long distance
Hi - I bought this because this simply because it has a longer range than any of the replacement routers I have tried. The Orange replacement, a Netgear one, barely reaches across the house, the same for a supposedly powerful Belkin. This one reaches from the house and down the garden to my office. It has no extra features but I am only interested in its range so it is fine.

Needs fettling at first but it does the job
1 of 1 found this helpful I use this for winding armature for magnetos and I'm just getting it right. It will wind fine wire eg 45swg. I've had to put in end float in a tight shaft, remove play in the wire guide pulley and make a holder for the armature, discarding the receiving spool holder. Instructions are not too helpful. If you are prepared to fiddle a bit then I think this should be a good tool. Its solidly built but poorly engineered, at least mine is, others might be better
