Does tighten up
However one armband feels tighter than the other
Feels slightly uncomfortable at first, until you get used to wearing the arm bands.
Worn them to work, but could only wear them for approx 5 hrs rather than the recommended 8-10 hours

Inspirational and so realistic
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this book as I was just about to embark on another stint at a well known slimming organisation. Well I spent the weekend reading it and then planning and I must say what a great inspiration the boom has been to me.
The recipes are so easy to follow, no need to be loads of expensive ingredients or ingredients that you only use once. We have all been there.
In the first week I lost 5lbs and I'm still going, so far diets or expensive slimming clubs. So hats off to you Lisa Riley! Well done!
