Loved this
I hadn't read the book so can't compare but, as a stand alone film, I really enjoyed it. It's a real 'chick flick' and made me weep in parts. Gerard Butler is gorgeous and Hilary Swank really surprised me in such a 'girlie' roll (and her clothes were beautiful!). I thoroughly enjoyed it at the cinema and bought it on DVD so that I could have a good Sunday afternoon weep with my girlfriends from time to time!

Perfect mood lifting CD
I had a couple of Linda Ronstadt records in my teens and used to sing my head off to them. Had to sell them but when I saw this CD on ebay decided to buy it 'for old times sake'. In fact, it's even better than I remember - her voice is quite amazing and the songs are either really upbeat or beautifully melancholy. I've been singing at the top of my voice again and really enjoying it. The CD itself is in perfect condition and arrived really well packed. All in all a really good buy.
