Nice bag, shame it didn’t do what it was supposed to
1 of 3 found this helpful I found no difference in using this bag.I hoped it would keep bread crusty but after a couple of days it was rock-hard and only fit for bread pudding. Guess it’s back to plastic and soggy crusts

Design over Functionality
I have several items of Alessi kitchen tools. Most are a pleasure to use and practical. This grater has unfortunately favoured design over functionality. It is suitable only for very hard cheese such as parmesan.
Cheddar cheese just clogs the areas around the grating blades, and very little ends up where it should be. It is a beautiful shape and quality - a great shame that its use so limited
