So far it's really good!

So far really good. I made carrot bread. It's really quiet and works beautifully. I've yet to try bread dough - I have an 15-year old Professional 600 - bought from ebay/Kitchenaid refurbished, BTW. Next smaller batch, like pizza dough will go to this one. Stunning color. it looks so nice.
