Great little oven. I don't think I'd be without one again.
This little oven deserves all the good things that people are saying about it. I don't normally like convection ovens as I find they crucify things. This may be because I rent and landlords invariably put in the cheapest and nastiest appliances. I had given up cooking fruitcakes in convection ovens because they can't be made to cook slowly enough. So I decided, as my test for how good this oven might be, to make a fruitcake in it. It cooked it to perfection. I LOVE that you can turn the convection feature off to achieve slow cooking. The only thing I can think of to criticise is that the recommended shelf placements aren't all that accurate. I find the middle shelf works better for most things.
