These coils from this seller are 100% authentic. I have been using my cleito 120 since the release. At the start I threw away 2 entire boxes worth because of my own ignorance, don't blame the coil, its simply a small step you need to do.
It is a superb tank and the coils are fantastic. However, if you do not prep the coil before hand, you will end up with a water logged coil and your coil will indeed taste burnt/like metal and or dry.
Before you begin priming your coils, take a small toothpick or a blade and make a small hole in each of the side vents on the coils. This will ensure your coil does not water log. Water logging is the reason why your new coils taste horrible, its very similar affect to when your filling your tank and the juice blocks the filling hole.
It grabs around the edges of the hole and sits there.
Once you have prepped your coil, prime it with juice. Let is sit for a few minutes. Then take some strong inhales in with the air vent slightly closed. Do this a few times and start your coils at a lower temp get things moving.
I can assure you, this seller sells original coils and this problem is a known issue with this model and other coils.
Your local dealer will do and say anything to have you second guess your purchase, fake coils like this are very rare to find on the market, that is a simple fact! There is not enough markup to any factory to come along and invest in the machinery.
Check your package serial number, its that simple.
