  Buyer beware, listing conditions are false and seller not willing to remedy when contacted. My purchase was only for ~50 dollars, thankfully. Schiit amp listed as excellent with no returns. Received unit poorly packaged, on/off rocker switch broken. Plugged unit in, and it started smoking. Opened it up (no returns) to check for a fuse - now buyer refuses assistance - over a 50 transaction. Seller willing to take a hit for 50 bucks, hate the think what it would be like for anything higher.

  Before shipping the item was fully functional and tested with my own audio setup of headphones and dac, and the on/off switch was working as well. If there was an issue with the switch, you should have contacted before opening it up yourself. Since you opened it, I can't guarantee that once you return it would have the original interior parts. Describing the packaging as poor is deceptive as well, as I had double wrapped it with packaging foam and then wrap around it inside the box.
