Casual Strolling only. Do not commute.
Doesn't Last Long for a 185 pound person. 1.25 miles on bumpy concrete. 2miles on smooth flat concrete. Speeds not too bad. Got it to mph but mostly 12-13 tops with and average of 10-11. For what I paid (200 total tax and shipping), it wasn't too bad. if you can get it for 150-180 then go for it. Maybe to get from the parking lot to a long building walk, but this is not a commuter.

Decent Machine to Have
1 of 1 found this helpful This machine Tells more than just body weight. Eliminating the need for a separate body-fat machine, this machine also displays Body age, Bod fat, BMI, skeletal muscle, resting metabolism, and visceral fat.
I like how it can store 4 different users and all the pieces connect together.
The machine I a little complicated when your setting it up or trying to figure out what your last stats were, but with a little reading of the manual.
Despite the confusing Menu the machine has been solid so far and a good tool for overall fitness.

4 of 4 found this helpful This phone is great for people who want a regular phone. It as threaded messaging, great camera, decent battery. I like sony ericsson messaging OS. THis phone has alot of good multimedia features.
The only con would be that the buttons are too flat and the phone lags a little but it doesnt inder the phone.
