  It’s unfortunate that my experience with this seller was not a good one. The cassette, as far as I know, was sent late as tracking info was only provided a week after buying which ultimately gave no update at all. After two weeks with no delivery I requested a refund. I contacted the seller again asking for them to accept the refund request which they ignored. After another week it was eBay who had to step in and give me my refund as the seller showed no effort to help resolved the issue.

  Delivery was a day late but this was the fault of the carrier not the seller. I have to say this is one of the best sellers that I have dealt with. The item was exactly what I was expecting plus extras ie a brand new colour cartridge, the printer’s disc and an A4 sheet detailing its history. Excellent value for money, highly recommended. 5*+
