Good product but no instructions
Good product but no instruction on how to use and no details of the name of the colours. Hence a 3 star

Well built but has faults
It is a very well built unit. It is not light. Every time my wife wants to use it I have to carry it into the room from where it is kept. If you are short beware it is very awkward to get on.
Fine for general exercise but not for the fitness fanatic. Straps on the pedal are awkward to use but fine to use them without. Not enough lower seat adjustment, wife only just manages to use it with it let completely down. This is below the last pin setting.
My wife is 5ft 3inch tall and finds it very awkward to use
So my advice is to thoroughly check the dimensions for your use before purchase.
