Buyer rejected a return and refund offered despite "no returns" on the sale. Buyer threatened negative feedback if I did not comply and I feel the buyer was trying to get the price lowered after the sale as done before with another seller as per the buyer's feedback.

Very poor quality creating a bigger problem than the dust
Very poor with bristles all over the table. Whole clumps falling out even after a week
