Good, but not perfect
Floats between 3 to 4 stars. The design is beautiful, and fits well in any kitchen environment. I also like the light coloured AC lead that doesn't stick out too much when plugged in.
Love also the settings so you don't have to hold it when blending.
My only nag about this blender is that it can't handle nuts (almonds) when in a smoothie. You would think from a 800w motor, which is more powerful than the basic Nutribullet blender, that this would be no issue.
It is because of that, I award it 4 stars at most

Great Product! Poor instructions!
Great product!
The only thing that lets it down is the start up instructions as this caused a minor issue when first purchased!
