unpractical for some
although it fits well it creates a lot of heat when wearing it this heat is very uncomfortable as it causes heat lumps forcing the wearer to remove it thus
making it unusable

not worth the cost
it is very large very uncomfortable for any length if time over a 20 minutes
is very cumbersome to move around it does not support any part of the body, and takes a lot of space to store any were

not for the beginner more for the intermediate preserver
it has a lot of recipes that look interesting it lacks information that a beginner would need for the
containers jars seals that a beginner would need to ,complete the storage of the contents in the jar
