6 Months of Shoulder Pain Over And Done With
Yes, I did lots of other things to deal with a long-term shoulder issue, but adding this supplement seemed to help me turn the corner. Sitting or lying down led to severe pain, so I was unable to rest comfortably, which exacerbated the whole cycle. Very basic yet consistent Pilates core work and yoga, all done at home began to provide relief. Within a week or two of beginning the Shoulder EZ, I was out of the pain cycle. I just opened my 3rd bottle yesterday and will finish one or two more. I love this product!
