An Instant Pot cook-time reference book that also has recipes
8 of 8 found this helpful This book is recommended by other IP cookbook authors as a "must-have" because the cooking time charts are very accurate. I did not purchase this book for the recipes, and most are unlikely to be something I would make, but several do look interesting.
As in all cookbooks, some nice photos would improve the presentation, but then the cost would be much higher. Overall I am quite pleased at what I received for the price.

Excellent Video Routine for Mobility
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a very different concept from many fitness videos in that its focus is on mobility. Incorporating elements of Yoga, the nearly constant movement provides a nice workout while definitely leading to greater flexibility. The instructor's pace/explanations are at times hard to follow, but the video of her movements helps make sense of it all after a couple of viewings.
