Did the job for me
Had an irritating slow leak between tubeless tyre and plastic rim on a golf trolley - enough to go flat in a few hours. Though Slime claim only to treat tread area leaks, I was able to swill it around in the wheel and left it overnight on its side. No pressure loss more than 2 weeks later - success.

Great product - and I’ve tried a few
From time to time I try different polishes and waxes but always come back to Autoglym’s Silicon Resin Polish. It’s not expensive, it goes on with no effort, and when dry (doesn’t take long) buffs off very easily, unlike some others. I use a cotton teatowel for buffing off, but my wife doesn’t seem to mind. The water beads on paintwork for about a year, so it’s not an onerous job. Have therefore just bought another litre! (We have a few cars.)
