Good quality and a very effective dosage
1 of 1 found this helpful I have tried quite a few of these thyroid support products and this one stacks up really well. The capsule is quite large but if you are used to taking supplements it is no worse than others. I started with just one a day and then increased the dose to two after one week. It didn't make me nauseous or give me heartburn which is what some of the others have done.
I recommend the product.
