It will come in useful one day

Laser tools are generally sturdy and this one appears the same. Used it once and it handles nicely and does the job. It will now live in a drawer until the next dark night when I need to repair something electrical.

How old is your hammer ?

Probably even the supplier did not realise that Thor changed to thread size on Type714 at some point. I certainly did not until these arrived. These are for the newer hammers, but mine is a venerable hammer, and its thread is 50 thou smaller. These can be made to fit with judicious use of coarse sandpaper and a triangular file to deepen the thread. I have made them fit perfectly. The basic product is fine though.
