    The images quite clearly state that 4 x silicone tags are included however THEY ARE NOT! When I received the item and noticed they were not there, only 4 x straps I contacted the seller and this was the response - ‘It looks like that because we took the photos from a different place. Excuse me, but we do not have such a product and it is not in the description. If you pay attention, we apologize for the problem you are experiencing.’ I replied and am now being ignored. Shocking service!!!
