  On opening our door, the Parcel Force driver alerted us to the fact that the package was too light to contain anything and had clearly been tampered with. He agreed to confirm this, by leaving his name: Stuart, Route 180, from the Coventry Depot of Parcel Force, Telephone No. 0344 209 6169 and had taken a photo of the package for his own records. The package remains in exactly the same condition as delivered. Photos to follow. I shall therefore be claiming a refund of £2,730.95 via PayPal.
