Carbon brushes
This arrived really quickly. Was able to swap out the old brush assembly with the new one really easily. Rather than unsolder the connections I reused the existing cables and just swapped over the brushes and used the screwed terminals to connect the new assembly to the existing wiring.

Chainsaw
Fantastic powerful chainsaw. It has coped with everything I've tried it out on so far. As another reviewer put it can be a little thirsty but it starts and stops very easily so no real problem. Don't leave it idling and it won't guzzle the fuel.
The measuring bottle is confusing as the instructions on the reverse don't tie up with the measure and scale on the front but a quick phone call to technical support sorted it out. The fuel oil ratio is usual for 2 stroke engines.
The chain kept stretching and going slack for the first few hours of use but this has now settled down and is to be expected for a new chain so nothing to be worried about.
Engine starts very easily even on a hot start. Had no issues with the rip cord.
All in all very good value for money especially as there are two bars and two chains.

Tassimo Descaling Tablets
Very easy to use with picture instructions. Did a great job cleaning the water tank. If you only put the amount of water that it suggests then it won't clean a higher tide mark so next time I'll put more water in, otherwise superb results.
