  Seller is asking E Bay to cancel. I don t know why. Payment in full was made at end of auction. Seller has sent several e mails confirming item would be shipped today 16 Sep. but refused to provide tracking number when asked. As I am typing this in I m hoping seller will revert back to shipping or E Bay will require a valid reason for failing to ship and require seller to ship item.
