Awesome embroidery Machine
2 of 2 found this helpful This machine embroiders beautifully. It has older software that used windows xp...but with some tweeking it is supposed to work with windows 8 and 10. There is a group for the XL-5000 and they are very helpful. I love being able to download designs from my computer to the machine. Best bet is to have an old XP on hand. If you don't, you might need some help hooking up to the newer computers. Other people are downloading the designs to the card. I don't have that but they say it is easy with the box. I'm good so far because my old XP laptop is working great. It has tons of designs and fonts already on the machine too.
