Read the small print (if there is any)
0 of 11 found this helpful I suppose you can't expect too much from a 3MP (is it 3MP?) camera. I did not realise the resolution was so low until I tried it as the advertising keeps that quiet. If you have a biggish screen, as I do, then you will see the barely acceptable result. Focussing is weird as I always seem out of focus yet it will focus closer and seemingly the background can be in focus....but a subject 2ft from from the camera...not so good. I use the Logitech Capture software to get the best out of it but even so the image is barely acceptable. My son got a better webcam on Ebay for far less than I paid for mine. The free software works ok, plugs and plays ok and it is not the most ugly of webcams....but I thought I was paying the extra for image quality.
