Very ignorant unprofessional seller,can't be arsed to reply to messages, I've messaged them twice with 0 reply. Also you have a 'best offer' I left an offer twice with literally £3 quid less because of damage and got declined, what's the point of having a 'best offer' option if you won't even accept an offer of literally a few quid less due to damage? Also when this arrived the case was more damaged than the pictures , the pictures looks fine but was cracked on arrival so had to replace it.

I didnt actually see your message (you only sent one not two) or offer as I wasnt logged in to this account by the time I did see them you had already purchased the item so youre essentially giving me a bad review because you had to pay 3 quid extra that says more about your frugality than it does me accepting an offer I didnt see. Then you complain about the Blu-ray case being damaged but it clearly states in the listing the Blu-ray case was damaged you bought the item with that knowledge haha.
