      Item is ok luckily as the courier left it outside on my driveway anyone could have taken it and outer packaging was soaking wet luckily inside product was ok and works - postage charge was very high as well £7 for evri tracked for small parcel ? this service costs approx £3. thanks

      I completely understand the frustrations of Christmas deliveries, but just to clarify, I’m the seller—not the courier. Over the holidays, I received an email from the buyer criticising me for leaving their package outside while they were away—apparently mistaking me for the courier. Despite the confusion, I did my best to assist. Hopefully, the issue has now been resolved with the actual courier!

      FACE CHECK PLEASE READ : I am a top rated seller been running businesses online for 30 years I didn't imply in anyway the seller had left a parcel outside the seller is NOT the courier however Sellers myself included are responsible for customers orders arriving safely in good condition so was feeding the couriers mistake back to seller who offered no replacement or solution to my parcel being left outside in rain - this is 100% on the sellers service. Postage overcharge 100% sellers decision.
