Auction allowed for local pickup or shipping. eBay allows pickup as well as any form of payment, cash included. Contacted seller to schedule pickup on 5/22 & 5/23. Seller responded 5/23 that local pickup is not allowed. Messaged again to pickup 5/25 & 5/26 with no response from seller. Filed item not received 6/1. Contacted again, no response. Buyer sent a message 12:12:18 pm.. 18 seconds later stating that he wants to pick up and pay in person. That he had plans to be in the area sometime in August, and wanted to put a down payment of $20.00 through paypal.. to hold it.. I explained that I am selling equipment to cover cost to go to my Heart Specialist and could not wait for payment in about a month..
