Absolute must for any tofu lovers
This piece of kit transforms a block of tofu into so many more options! It gives a whole new texture, more flavour is absorbed by the tofu as well. Best thing is, you literally pop your tofu block in there, leave it in the fridge overnight and let it do its thing. I usually start on the middle clip, then a few hours before I'm due to use it I'll pop it on the bottom clip to squeeze any last liquids out. You can blast in the dishwasher once you've used it too 😊
