Pizza Perfect!
Excellent Pizza base Mix - best I have tried. Very easy to work with, five minutes in the mixer using a dough hook and you are done! Makes thin pizzas if used immediately and after standing just 30mins (topping already to cook) bakes to a lovely deep pan pizza.
Only downside is that it is only available in 3.5kg bag, which is far too big for most families. This inevitably means wastage and therefore questionable value for money.

Highly Recommend
Does exactly what it says on the tin! It worked better than all other creams that I tried. Found it rather greasy but benefits far outweighed the inconvenience.
