Disappointed of Scarborough
1 of 3 found this helpful After setting it up and viewing it I was really disappointed and realised I had made a mistake. I should have got an 4k Ultra HD Smart TV which would have a better quality picture, in addition to all the other features.
I am 78 and my eyesight is failing, so I need a better quality image that this Veltech TV offers.
I was going to send it back, then I read the returns policy., which states that if an item has been used you could get only half of the original cost back. In the case of any new TV, it's impossible to know whether or not you like it without using it! Catch 22!
Ah well, we all live and learn.
