Poor quality, poorly designed, cheap
I bought this to install head bolts in my cars engine. I have one bolt done, possibly, and a second which will need to be replaced because the gauge broke and now have no idea how much angle its been turned through.
After being unable to understand why the gauge wouldn't stay at zero, I realised the thin rubber ring that 'secures' the plastic cover with the needle to the socket had rolled up slightly and wasn't holding the gauge in place. After fixing this by relocating the ring I tried again. This time, despite having the reference handle secured, the gauge still read zero despite going though what felt like 20 degrees. I have no idea how far it turned, and have had to give up, pending a better made replacement. I've found many alternative brands that look identical to this around the same price bracket so would suggest avoiding any with this rubber ring system.

Put the Visa card away and buy something else
3 of 8 found this helpful I find the quality of a product can quickly be determined from its documentation, and this is no exception: the horific direct translation to English from its original language made it nigh on impossible to read, and the diagrams were small, and almost indecipherable.
The finish was poor, with many sharp edges, rough welding covered over with paint, and it just felt cheap. I thought I'd use it once because I only need one use out of it, but the boom wasn't even central on its platform so liable to tip over with a mild weight hanging from height, and the two main support struts for the boom were too short (or the locating hole in the boom was too high), so it couldn't be fully assembled with the parts that came from the factory. Not having the tools or skills to adapt or create new parts I've opted to return it, but crucially, you shouldn't need to fabricate parts for something that's brand new!
For an alleged RRP of £200, seeing it was discounted to £115 seemed like a veritable bargain, sadly it was just loaded with a good helping of "what could possibly go wrong?"
