It does what is says on the book cover!
I bought this for my daughter who, as a vegetarian, was inquiring about cooking meals using seasonal produce. This looked interesting and my daughter says she that what she has read so far she likes and found helpful.

Well worth it.
Each recipe seems to contain quite a few ingredients, but it is worth it. Great tasty food.
