Not Durable. Lousy Cast Push Pins!
The pin on this tool is cast. Snapped after the second use. Yes. I know they make replacement pins but my elcheapo $7.00 tool from the LBS lasted two years without breaking.

Does Not Dissolve CO2
1 of 2 found this helpful Does not break down CO2. You would need to modify the design to have any noticeable effect. IF you understand how to do this, you could save a few bucks by buying this and then reengineering it. I'm running mine into an external canister filter but still have to crank up the CO2 to keep levels high enough for decent plant growth. The whole purpose of this is to save on the amount of CO2 you need to keep levels high. This device does not accomplish this mission
