Volvo Alarm Battery

This unit is not suitable for Volvo V50 D5 2006 model as the battery in the unit is 4.8V not 7.2V plus it is too big to fit in the alarm housing which is located under the plastic cover at the bottom of the windscreen on the left hand side. Se pic' of the correct battery, below

Lipo battery for SatNav

The original battery didn't las very long so had to replace it with a new one. This item was easily installed and seems to do the job. Will update at a later date as the the longevity.

Volvo V50 Tool that wasn't

I ordered a Volvo V%0 Brake Pad Calliper Piston wind back tool but the device that turned up did not fit the location holes on my V50. After an hour of filing to get the lugs to engage I managed to do the job. Ok, it was cheap but when you order something specifically you would expect to get the right product.
