Surprised
Bought for granddaughter who is unicorn mad. Various sites offering various prices. Amazed at what arrived for my money. Don’t know how they do it. Good gift.

For value for money they do the job well. Cabt imagine they would last overlong, but they are absolutely fine for what i need.

Remote replacement
Had to purchase this as my last one failed. When it arrived the instruction leaflet for programming was ambiguous to say the least. If there had been a diagram it would have helped. I emailed the company with these comments. They didn’t even bother to acknowledge! I call that rude.
