A glorious city....
This is one of a great many animations that I love because of the music and the jokes. When I bought the cd I thought I would be getting the exact music that is in the film. Unfortunately, it didnt quite live up to my expectations. I was hoping the song "its tough to be a god" sung by the actors would be on there, but its sung by Elton John, who, a good singer as he is, doesnt really fill their shoes. There are a few others which are sung by Elton on the cd rather than the original film versions, which is annoying. Having said that, the music in itself is good. Typical Elton John. If you like his music, buy this cd without hesitation.

Why its grease Lightning!
Ok, while I am not a big fan of the actual movie, I absolutely love the music. But then again, who watches it for the actual plot? They watch it either for the music, or Travolta in leather. The former is the thing I am keen on, and with this CD giving you all the music and more from the movie, its a must have. Great to sing along to and also dance to. And no, people who listen to this are NOT weird or odd, they are the coolest of cool.
