OCULUS Quest VR Gaming Headset - 128 GB

My first VR game system. Incredible!

Up until buying the Oculus Quest, I’d only played on VR headsets in demo rooms or arcade clubs. Specifically Super Hot & Beat Sabre. I loved the experience and wanted my own, but I don’t have a gaming PC - that was until I saw the Quest! The reviews looked great so I took the plunge. I am so impressed with everything about it. The build quality and materials are of a premium feel but the best bit is... no wires or cables. Walking around the room or ground floor in total freedom!. The inbuilt cameras do a superb job in tracking your location and exiting & entering the ‘guardian wall’ gaming area. It’s so seamless! Upon wearing the unit for the first time, I was grinning ear to ear. You are stood IN the game rather than looking at the game on a TV screen. To say this system runs on snapdragon processor, it’s incredible what it can output. It’s never going to match gaming PC graphics but when you can box up this head unit and controllers, take it to your friends/family house and make a party out of it, there’s no comparison. This will make a great device for one person or the whole family. It’s be good if there was an option for multiple player profiles on 1 unit. Currently there is only 1 I can’t wait to demo this to friends and family :-) Go on.. buy it ;-)

Solid bit of kit

This lawn rake is great. Even on the highest setting, it picks up loads. I've just tried it out this weekend (Late March) and it picks up all the underlying dead stuff and scoops of moss. The collector basket and with a fair few lawn rakes out there, they seem to be on the small side. I don't mind this, but early on you will find that after 1-2 'strips' on your average garden, the basket is full. However, don't let this put you off. The motor is powerful and wants to go! You have to keep a hold if it. I haven't tried the aerator yet, but I bought it more for the rake/scarifier. The swap over between rake/aerator is a piece of cake.
